ABOUT NOURISH TO FLOURISH

Today there is a universal consensus that a plant-based regimen is good for our health, the planet and saves the lives of animals.

Nourish to Flourish is based on my many years of experience researching, testing and serving healthy and tasty plant-based meals. My goal is to assist people who would like to follow a plant-based regimen with easy access to a broad range of recipes and tips for healthy eating.

In doing so I want to demystify the perception that sourcing, preparing and eating plant food is a challenge. 

Eating plant food is not about what we can’t eat.
– It’s about what we get to eat
– Indeed, it adds a huge variety to our plates while improving our health and overall well-being.

My special thanks and appreciation to the many farmers for supplying fresh and wonderful produce, especially the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, Trout Lake Farmers Market and Marylebone Farmers Market for providing the ingredients for many of the recipes you will find on this site, the doctors and scientists undertaking research in this field and the food writers and bloggers who provide information and ongoing inspiration.

And the biggest thanks of all to my husband Peter, son Barnett and daughter-in-law Jenni for their endless and tireless support, love and encouragement without which this site would not have materialized.

Nourish to Flourish is independent, advertisement-free and does not accept funding from any food company.
