Kick-start your immune system with a shot every morning!
ingredients
2 lemons, peeled and quartered
2 large oranges, peeled and quartered
2” fresh ginger, peeled and cut into pieces
3 turmeric knobs, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tsps black pepper
2 cups filtered water
Optional:
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbs maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender*
Pour into little shot bottles and keep in fridge (for up to a week)
or
Pour into ice cube freezer trays and pop a couple out to drink every day

Makes 30-40 large ice cubes
*Optional: you can strain the liquid before through a sieve if you prefer to have it without the citrus pulp
